Head Chef’s easy piri piri BBQ rub

Harvester restaurant delicious Piri Piri Barbecue Rub Recipe

Ingredients (for 4 people):

2g paprika
2g red pepper powder
2g lemon zest
2g garlic powder
1g onion powder
2g chilli flakes

Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and thoroughly coat your meat or fish. Cover and leave to rest in a fridge for at least ten minutes, or overnight if possible to really let the flavours develop. Then grill on your barbecue as usual, making sure the meat is properly cooked through. Serve with a fresh salad and enjoy.

SIMPLE STICKY BBQ MARINADE

Ingredients (for 4 people):

2g soy sauce
10g honey
5g olive oil
10g tomato puree
30g Harvester barbecue sauce

Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and thoroughly coat your meat or fish. Cover and leave to rest in a fridge for at least ten minutes, or overnight if possible to really let the flavours develop. Then grill on your barbecue as usual, making sure the meat is properly cooked through. Serve with a fresh salad and enjoy.
