Priory Proves Popular in Gloucester
November 2009
We’re pleased to announce that our new restaurant in Gloucester is proving very popular after it was officially opened by the city’s Mayor and Sheriff.
On Wednesday 28th October Councillor Chris Witts cut the red ribbon at the latest addition to Harvester – the Priory. He then enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, which was named after St Oswald’s Priory to reflect the area’s rich history.
Manager of the Priory, Mark Axtell, said: “We’re delighted that the Mayor officially opened our new restaurant. Our first few weeks have been very busy and we’re confident that our offer will remain popular with the people of Gloucester, including the Mayor himself!”
