Nutrition is important to every family but it can be easy to lose sight of exactly what you're getting, which is why we've done all the sums for you.
We know you care about how your food gets to the plate, so here are our assurances that we're as passionate about the produce as we are about the cooking.
Our corn-fed chickens benefit from the 5 freedoms as adopted by the Farm Animal Welfare Committee (FAWC). Plants are BRC accredited and approved in person by Harvester.
Our rotisserie chicken and chicken thighs are British Red Tractor and Farm Assured.
All our eggs are free range.
Our famous pork loin ribs are individually selected and hand trimmed by a team of butchers before being slow cooked for perfect tenderness.
Our highly trimmed rindless gammon steaks are cured in the UK and contain 2.88g salt per 100g, meeting the Government Salt Target.
All our steaks are British or Irish, except our lamb rump, which is grazed primarily on rich New Zealand pasture. Our prime beef is selected from traditional breeds of cattle, under 30 months of age, by our award winning master butcher. All our beef is purchased from carefully audited and accredited sources to ensure quality, consistency, traceability, safety and animal welfare. Our beef is aged for a minimum of 28 days before cutting to our exacting specifications.
Our homemade style beef burgers are made with only British and Irish beef. These succulent and meaty burgers contain onion and red pepper, and are seasoned with herbs and spices, including cayenne, cinnamon, clove, coriander, ginger, pimento, garlic and a hint of salt. Once the beef burgers are made, they're individually quick frozen, carefully packed, and delivered to our restaurants.
Our hand-filleted cod is wild caught from a sustainably sourced fishery in the clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.
We use a mineral salt to season your food, and in the salt cellars on the table, containing naturally occurring ingredients and 15% less sodium than regular salt, but with all the flavour.
Our ice cream mix is made with Irish milk (and cream) supplied locally by our own farmers.
