RSSHarvester labelling helps guests cut calories

Since introducing calorie labelling to all our menus in March 2011, we've seen our guests' average calorie consumption decrease by around 25 calories. That's a reduction of around 2%.

Counting calories made easy

We were the first UK-wide restaurant brand to print dish-by-dish calorie information on all our menus, allowing you to choose a meal based on what you love and how many calories you want.

Explore the nutritional content of our dishes

The result has been a small, but noticeable change. Over the last six months we've found that our guests are:

  • choosing white meat and fish rather than red meat
  • changing their dessert choices
  • opting for slightly lower calorie side dishes such as new potatoes, rather than fries

Our Salad & Grill Menu has over 1500 combinations, so you can choose a meal that's perfect for you. There are also three easy ways to access calorie information:

  • Online.
  • By smart phone.
  • On all menus in restaurants.
