1. Start with a base of pink pickled cabbage, giving a lovely acidic base to the slaw.
2. Next, add in the thinly sliced onions, cubed beetroot and carrot for a rich splash of colour and sweetness.
3. Pour a small amount of the vinaigrette over the salad and mix evenly so it covers all your ingredients.
4. Throw on the raisins and finish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika crumb for some added texture.
