Our chefs have been hard at work in the Harvester kitchens cooking up new flavours made with the same quality ingredients, and the big reveal is finally here. So, are you ready to find your flavour? We think you’re going to love it…

Rubbed up the right way

Only our chefs know the recipe to our buttery secret-blend rub, but what we can tell you is that it’s what makes our chicken so full of flavour and irresistibly juicy. That, and the fact that it’s farm-assured and freshly cooked throughout the day – so you know you always get it when it’s perfect.

What’s your flavour?
If you fancy a fresh hit of heat, try our new Caribbean-style chicken – a grilled Cajun chicken breast served with golden rice and beans, a grilled kapia pepper and a Caribbean-style sauce.

Get ready to lick your fingers…

We know for a fact that no one does ribs like we do. Before they’re glazed and grilled to sticky, saucy perfection by our chefs, they’re smoked by hand in Cornwall in a traditional kiln and slow cooked for at least three hours. And after all that, we can guarantee that they’ll be gone in minutes.

We know our ribs are a big deal, so we’re now serving a whole kilo of our famous pork ribs, slow cooked for six hours and glazed in our Bourbon sauce. Up for the challenge? This could get messy…

If you’re into all things sweet but fiery, our chefs have been cooking up some new jerk spiced ribs – a full rack of ribs marinated in jerk spices and then brushed with an incredible spiced rum BBQ glaze.

I scream “sundae!”

We always save room for dessert, and since every day is sundae here at Harvester, we’ve added some brand new seasonal dairy ice cream sundaes to our spectacular line-up. That should satisfy your sweet tooth…

What’s your flavour?
Feel like something fruity? Treat yourself to a toffee apple sundae with Bramley apple compote, toffee sauce, custard mousse and crumble pieces, or try our black forest sundae with black cherry compote, chocolate brownie and Belgian chocolate sauce.

Our freakshakes are not for the faint-hearted. Made with milk and dairy ice cream and topped with everything from candy floss clouds to cookies, they’re every bit as incredible as they look – and if you haven’t found your flavour yet then what are you waiting for?

Not sure which of our line-up you fancy? Our big bad Bourbon sauce is a rich, deep all-rounder that’ll add real flavour to your mealtimes at home. Made with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey, it’s no surprise it’s our fans’ favourite, and our chefs’ favourite too – so grab a bottle and get dipping, dunking and dolloping.

Fresh flavours for vegans to feast on

In case our unlimited salad bar hadn’t given us away, we love plant-based ingredients here at Harvester – and our brilliant chefs are putting fresh, flavoursome veggies, pulses and grains in the spotlight with our delicious vegan dishes.

What’s your flavour?
Fill up on our big, bold vegan mains. Try our Moroccan-inspired aubergine and red lentil tagine, served with giant couscous with apricots, raisins, coriander and red pepper. Or, get stuck into our stuffed red pepper – it’s filled with sweet potato, black bean and quinoa chilli and served with golden rice and beans and our famously addictive sweet potato fries.
